Our Team

PULSE team is large. How large it is? We don’t know. Because all Pulse bike owners are part of our team and are always more than welcome to join us for a ride, to ask for advice or to seek help when they need to fix their bikes. Of course, we have racers in our team, whose development we support in partnership with two bike clubs – Enduro Warriors and White Lavina (in English, “White Avalanche”). You can follow their achievements here.

Dobromir Dobrev

Although he started mountain biking at an older age with, Dobromir quickly gained some awe-inspiring skills and competitive experience in many Bulgarian and international events.

He is one of the few people responsible for the great number of Enduro competitions happening in Bulgaria. He is known for being one of the best organizers and constructors of tracks, as well as a key contender for the top racer positions. With numerous international events, including several world-wide EWS series, he sees his role in the team as a mentor who can pass on his skills and experience to the younger riders and help them achieve better results worldwide.

Of course he does not stop challenging himself and trying to perform and achieve more in a variety national and international competitions.

Denislav Angelov

Initially devoted to the downhill discipline, the young talent Denislav began to dominate the Junior Bulgarian Enduro series, ever since these competition started (the very first competition was organized in his home town of Veliko Tarnovo). Thanks to his dedication, his excellent skills and his unique riding style, he is getting faster and better every day. He achieves good results in both disciplines, in his home country and abroad, proof of which are his appearances on the trophy podium.

Only 19 years old, he has recently entered the Elite Men + 19 category. Denislav trains harder than ever and is focused on his personal development in this sport, aiming for greater achievements both locally and on a global level. In 2018 he is planning to compete again in both disciplines – Downhill and Enduro.

Tsvetelin Ivanov

A real veteran in mountain-biking, or as his friends call him, Tsutso has been part of the bike crowd for over 20 years, ever since his first race. Over the years, he left his mark in the disciplines like Trial, Fourcross, Dirt Jump, Downhill and Enduro. Apart from being an avid rider, Tsutso is the person who laid the foundations of dirt-jumping in Bulgaria. Jumps tracks, built and designed by him throughout the years, are still among the favorite spots of many dirt jump fans.
Tsutso is part of the team rather because of his connections and not so much due to his results. We will not list his prizes over the years – it’s not the racing element which is important for him. It’s the pleasure of riding and spending time in the company of friends during those races.
The attractive style of riding with maximum time in the air has always been under Tsutso’s skin. Maybe this is the reason why his photographs are gaining more international recognition, such as “Picture of the Month” at Vital MTB, as well as at MTB-News.de.

Emil Krastev

Our medal machine in Enduro Masters A (30+ years). His latest achievement, the Champion of Bulgaria, is a small part of all the prizes Emo managed to bring home in the past years. During this period he almost never missed any cross country and enduro races on the Balkan Peninsula. In order to continue being at the high level we are accustomed to seeing him, Emo trains throughout the entire year – his daily routine consists of strict, sometimes even brutal workouts. No doubt Emo is one of the most physically prepared athletes on the Bulgarian enduro stage. Emo pays the exact same attention to detail and precision when he chooses his bikes (he has quite a few). In fact he has so many that he was forced to dedicate a separate garage, fully equipped as a bike service station.
In addition to his impressive prize collection, Emo is always the center of attention at all race after-parties and he entertains everyone around him with his funny stories. Emo always stands out. Sometimes with an outstanding riding, sometimes with an extravagant outfit, and sometimes with the most flamboyant bike color design.
